Jess Gruber's ongoing prenatal yoga series will provide a space for pregnant goddesses to not only connect to their growing baby but to also re-connect to themselves during this time of rapid change. Be prepared for a slow vinyasa focusing on safety, alignment and integrated movements designed to strengthen the lower body, followed by meditation to ease the mind as you prepare for childbirth. Women are encouraged to share their stories, resources, concerns, and ask questions.
